Long cycle training

Lccj 2x20kg: 5

Lccj 2x24kg: 5, 10 (1:20), 31(6min), 19, 15 (3min),11,10 (Sum 101 reps)

That was tiring. Now some good rest days with a little mobility, walking and perhaps just a few reps.
