A good thing with having no grip at the gym is that I stop LC before lockouts get crappy. The black lc was hard times. The fitness bells has thick glossy handles.
Yesterday, I cut up a kg of beef and came to think of the reports on the internet of massive muscle gain in short periods of time. Some claims are just outrageous and exceed even 1pound a week. Crazy :-).
