There has been two interesting posts about circuits and affiliated long timed sets with lighter bells. At Sanchez' blog (LINK) and Helsey's blog (LINK).

I use the term "kettlebell jogging" as that was how my Finnish friend, Jake Heke, described Rachinskiy's approach to light bell training. Here is a Caesteus post about Rachinskiy (LINK).

Taken together, it becomes obvious that also real men, who use weight lifting belts and magnesium, occasionally can gain from lighter bells for variation, GPP and recovery.
