A fun session. Grip stopped the LC sets of course. Still, felt the Romanian dls in lower back so I only did swings today. I had planned to try some partial deadlifts in the rack.
A picture of a good book with a cool title. Even if Kettlebell sport indeed is for iron men, it is of course as much for iron women as well. The programs in this book might not be for the average lifter as they include a lot of volume - it is definitively not for me. Nonetheless, it gives good basic layouts and rep schemes for anyone.
