Deadlift morning

DL 110kg: 6
DL 130kg: 3
DL 140kg: 1
DL 150kg: 1

DL standing on two 15kg plates: one set with 110kg and one with 70kg

Biceps curl 28kg(ca): 4x 7reps

I met an old buddy at the gym and showed him the movie, he noted that I don't bend my knees a lot. It is because my knees are weak, or strange, anyway :-). Knees don't cave in, it is the pattern on the track pants that gives that impression.

It was nice to do 150kg. Now, I will step down in weight and slowly try to get to 2x bw which should be 166kg later this year.
