LC 2x28kg: 10 rounds of 1 minute at 5rpm, 1 min rests
Bench press 80kg: 5x 3reps
Bar hang: 1 min
The intervals with 28s was hard. I am probably the slowest man on earth when it comes to LC rep speed. My ordinary cadence there is -4rpm. I believe this kind of stuff is good for me.
