Well, I tried to do some moderation of the dead-lift with the hope that I can do some LC with 30s or even 32s this weekend. Hope this works. Also, I went easier on the bench as felt a twinge in the elbow last week during bench. Very mature training, in other words.
I find it very nice to train in a gym where you have access to both barbells and kettlebells. Kind of how it is supposed to be. Kettlebells among the other weights. Of course, kettlebells are special.
One of my favourite youtube channels - kettlebellsport - has loaded up another video. Mishin had to rest in his lock-out as his rack didn't give him rest (like the antithesis of me). He doesn't clean with thumbs forward but the lifter next to him does. What a tempo...
