Sport Card Collectors Week 5 NFL Picks

THURSDAY NIGHT:

ARIZONA @ ST. LOUIS: Two teams that I didn't suspect be where they are at this point. Both have stingy defenses. Okay QB's. the edge I believe still goes to the Cardinals who have a much better WR core and more play makers on defense. But it will be a game that is very tight til the end....Cardinals 20-17

SUNDAY:
Miami at Cincinnati: Ryan Tannehill threw for over 400 yards last week and WR Brian Hartline broke out as well going for over 200 yards receiving. But Cincy's defense is very stingy so he might not have as much success this week. And AJ Green and Andy Dalton are like cereal and milk together. Cincy should win ..Bengals 27-10

Baltimore at Kansas City: The Chiefs go on the road and beat the Saints..then come home and get thumped by the Chargers. Baltimore is much better than SD...Ravens 34-10

Cleveland at New York Giants: Giants lost a heart breaker at Philly with a last sec FG falling short. And Cleveland keeps losing close games...but the Giants are the much better team here and should win at home..Giants 27-14

Green Bay at Indianapolis: The loss of head coach Pagano being out could hurt this team. Originally I was thinking this game will be closer than most will think..I don't believe that anymore...Packers will finally get the offense running...Packers 37-10

Atlanta at Washington: This is my upset special...Atlanta struggled with last week against a moblie qb and here comes another who wants to also win at home. This will be close but I think Washington sneaks out with a win...Redskins 24-21

Philadelphia at Pittsburgh: Battle of PA, the Eagles come off a big win last week against the Giants and the Steelers are looking to get back on track and now have RB Rashard Mendenhall back. It will be close...but the yellow towels will sway when the Steelers win 17-14

Chicago at Jacksonville: This seems like an easy matchup for Chicago after their huge Monday Night win,but this has the means of being a trap game. I think the Bears will pull it out but will be in a battle with Jax the whole time...Bears 24-17

Seattle at Carolina: Russell Wilson comes off a 3 int performance and a loss on the road to STL. Carolina comes home after a should have win at Atlanta. Carolina is going to be fired up and throw a good D game at Wilson..Panthers win at home 28-16

Denver at New England : New England has found a running game and their offense ran on all cylinders last week. But Peyton Manning looked good as well. But New England seems to always have Denver and Peyton's number...Patriots 30-27

Buffalo at San Francisco: After destroying the Jets..the Bills who also got whooped last week travel to the best team in the NFC's home...the 49ers should win 27-17

Tennessee at Minnesota: The Vikings are off to a shocking 3-1 start while Tenn is 1-3. The Titans are without Jake Locker this week but should be fine with Matt Hasselbeck. The Titans got Chris Johnson finally going last week and I think it will continue this week and be a big win for Tenn on the road...Titans 20-13

SUNDAY NIGHT

San Diego at New Orleans:
The Saints are mad and they will be fired up for this one. The Chargers come in after beating down Kansas City a team the Saints should have beaten. The Saints have blown games late with their defense and the offense still isnt up to par. But I like them in this game. The Chargers are coming into a rough enviroment and Drew Brees is looking to break a record and should do it against the on and off Chargers D...Saints 34-20

MONDAY NIGHT

Houston at New York Jets: Is it Tebow time in NY???? The Jets offense is bad. Their defense is not playing well and Rex Ryan was right that the Jets did everything they could to lose last week. And with the undefeated Texans who are playing like the best team in the NFL coming into town...going to be a rough week for the Jets no matter who is qb and with their key injuries. I personally don't think Sanchez or Tebow are the answer. This will be a one Jets fans will close their eyes for...Texans 37-10
