LC & jogging

Monday
Jogging in the range of 70-80 % of HR max ca 5kms
Tuesday 2nd
LC 2x20kg: 3x 5reps
LC 2x28kg: 3, 10, 10, 10, 10, 5, 5
Black LC 2x20kg: 3 min
Triceps extensions w cable ca 3x 10reps
As I got closer to 10reps in lc it feels like grip is at peril. It is not really that grip gets tired, but bells feel so slippery that it is not safe. In part, it might be psychological - I don't want to drop bells indoors.
The black lc was less hard today (it was very hard, but not a near death experience :-).

Another lifter at the gym thanked me for bringing the comp bells to the gym. He does some LC as well (with 28s!), but didn't feel in shape for the Trollhättan LC competition 21st of October. Nice that other people do LC anyway.

Tomorrow is rest only.
