I did a try with the 32s today. My goal is 10 ok reps. Not masterful reps with Ginko lockouts, but ok reps that are legal at an ordinary competition. It got 10 reps and one very clear no count. If I look for "ok" reps, they were fewer... some reps... but I also see some hope as well as right hand press outs.... Am I getting neurtoic about this?
The 22 reps with the 28s was a reps-per-minute PR. Afterwards I was really tired, fini, finished, kaputt, slut. Tried doing some curls but it felt like no use :-).
