LC 2x 28kg: 3, 3x 10reps, 5,5

Oa oh-press: some singles with 28kg and some set with 24kg

Bar hang: 1min
Some other grip stuff: wrist curls, revers biceps curl, plate curl, farmer's walk with 15kg plates & pinch grip...

Stretch

Well, the grip stuff was out of the ordinary.
