LC - upcoming competition

LC 2x20kg: 5,5
LC 2x 28kg: 3,15,10,5,5

Black LC (swing-swing-clean-jerk) 2x20kg: 3 min

Jump squats: 20reps à 20kg, 30reps à 30kg

The jump squats were easy, I wanted to see how my knees react before doing them more intensively.

I signed up for a LC competition the 21st of October in Trollhättan (LINK)!
The plan is to compete with 2x24kg in the -85kg class. It feels good to have a goal that is fixed in time.

I will keep training roughly like now. I.e. mainly LC with 28s. Kind of an experiment, what will my 24kg max be if I train mostly with 28s? (probably lower than if I lifted 24s only).

I will throw in a few long sets with 24s. I also plan to complement my gym sessions with 28s with a few 20kg reps at the gym (there are no 24s). I will go easy on the deadlift and bench for a while. Occasional running.This is hobby-fitness-GS-training.
