Did some light bench a while ago and it felt good for the sterno-clavicular joint, so I gave it another try. I was thinking of trying 155 or 160kg in deadlift, but I did not feel strong today so I postpone that.
Yesterday, I took a loong walk instead of jogging. It was a social activity with my job, otherwise I would have jogged :-).
