Oa swing 24kg: 2x 10/10reps

I had planned an ordinary gym day with dead-lift and bench... the ordinary stuff. Unfortunately, I realized I had forgotten my weightlifting belt. I don't like to dead-lift without a belt. So far, I don't have lower back issues and my theory is that the belt is the reason.
Hence, I did swings. I wanted to do the Maxwell layout, but I started wrong (20 instead of 25 reps :-). It became a good session anyway.
Sunday 24th
DL 120kg: 5
DL 130kg: 3
DL 140kg: 3
DL 150kg: 1
DL 160kg: 1
DL 120kg: 5
Bent over barbell row 30kg: 3x 8reps, just feeling it in
Oa row 24kg: 4x 5/5
Bench 80kg: 4x 3 reps (and then 10 with 50kg and 60kg)
Triceps extensions, cable: 4x 10reps
Another 5kg increase of the dead-lift. Unfortunately, I weigh 84kg (beer, steak, pasta dishes, bacon, and chocolate dipped digestives from Lidl). Maybe I will try to drop to 82kg. Not primarily because of the dead-lift, but because it is good to curb weight gain from time to time :-). I would then have to lift only 165kg instead of 170kg, I think those 5kg can feel heavy.
I was very pink/red in the face, so I thought I should make the film in black and white...
Anyway, the volume in dead-lift became lower than I wanted. After the 160kg pull, I tried 140kg but I could not move it. It felt like the lats were on strike. Also the 120kg felt really heavy. Hence, I did the rows. I should do some more volume next time, no singles even if they are tempting.
