SC jerk 2x32kg: 3,3,5,5,5
SC jerk 2x24kg: 2x 10reps
Bench press w 2x24kg: 3 x10reps
Lats still felt tired from Sunday's deadlift and Tuesday's few cleans. Thus, I decided to go easy on the back. I was happy with the few jerks I did.
