Felt smoked after this session. Knock on wood, but jerk form felt ok today. Oly lifting shoes felt good and stable. Must have been verrückt and wahnsinnig when complaining about them last week.
One more mma-artist - a young lady - convincingly swinged and jerked handlebells at the gym today. Nice with more people using this asset.

The heading of this entry - IUKL rules - is not an attempt in youthful jargon to start a Swedish "war of styles" :-). We have not had that here, and I hope it stays that way. No, my title refers to the actual rules for getting together and lift pieces of iron and which have been released by IUKL at their site. Nice reading.
Weight lifting belts are admitted and can be up to 12cm wide. I did not find any mention whether rest in snatch (either in hang, or small swings) or long cycle (hang) is permitted – I think that will ask at the Finnish forum.
