Run/walk 6kms (60-80% of HRmax)

Oa farm holds 2x 30sec per arm

Friday 1st of feb
Deadlift 120kg: 5,5
Deadlift 130kg: 5,5
Deadlift 140kg: 3
Deadlift 150kg: 1,1
Deadlift 120kg: 5 (focused on speed, doubt it looked very fast though :-)

Bench press 80kg: 3,4,3,3,3

Mobility & stretching, some lockout-holds with 2x16kgs for time


New Swedish Kettlebell & sport blog
One of the strongest Swedish kettlebell lifters, Rickard Garbell, has started a blog (LINK). It is about time :-). I think he will make Master of Sport numbers (IUKL/IGSF tables) in a foreseeable future. He is now coached by Arseny Zhernakov.


They also sell competition kettlebells; a lot of them are in 2kg increments.
