LC 2x20kg, 2x24kg, 2x30kg: 3 reps each weight
SC jerk 2x32kg: 2,3,3,4,4,3,3 (minimum 2 min rests between sets)
Clean 2x32kg: 5,5,7,5
in sum: 22 jerk, 22 clean
Have a bad cold, or a flu. I still felt like training so I did an extremely low-intesity session. The goal was to lift something, but not increase heart rate or breathing very much. Knock-on-wood but, previously, such training when ill has made me take up training in about where I left before illness.
