Jogging 3kms

Snatch with fleece gloves 12kg 3min/3min

Friday 1st of feb
Deadlift 120kg: 5,5
Deadlift 130kg: 5,5
Deadlift 140kg: 2,2

Bench press 80kg: 4,4,3,3,3

Oa swing 28kg: 3x 10/10 reps

Easy technique stuff for swing and snatch with 20kg
A few - very few :-) - Ukrainian OH-squats with 2x8kg
Bridge work

Mmm... two days. Very nice to do deadlift again. Fun to do some more snatch, although I miss my old lc-training with 28kgs. Anyway, I worked on some stuff from the Zhernakov workshop at Eleiko in Halmstad.
