LC 2x24kg: 3, 61 (6,1rpm)
SC jerk 2x20, 2x24, 2x30kg: 3reps each weight
Sumo dl 2x30kg: 10reps
Didn't feel like training today. Nonetheless, I did a PR with 24kilograms in long cycle - 61 reps ("home reps", of course). Started with 5rpm first minutes. Then quite a steady 6rpm, until the 10th minute when I increased cadence a little. Got tired primarily in the legs, shoulders and in the cardio. I think in that order.
Tried to do some more lifting after the LC, but it was of no use. Spring is in the air, by the way.
