Bench press 80kg: 3,4,4,3,3 (biceps felt fine again)

I did 5 lc reps and just felt tired. No spark, no nothing.
So, I decided to do some repair work on my lockouts instead and did several short jerk sets with technique focus. It was satisfying and fun, straight arms. Even coming out of the 2nd dip was at an ok speed. No long rack rests. Bench was weak, but I guess there is a sudden improvement around the corner.
