Training log: Walk, run and then weights

Sunday 12th
Run and walk for 1 ca hour. Finished with a few hundred meters barefoot running at a football field.

Monday 13th
LC 2x20kg: 5
LC 2x24kg: 5,5
LC 2x30kg: 3,10,8,6,4,2

Oa lc 32kg: 1/1, 10/10

Felt the running in the legs a bit. Long time since I did oa lc. Tomorrow's reest.
