Running 3km, brisker tempo than usually


Wedensday 28th
SC jerk 2x28kg: 3x 10reps
SC jerk 2x20kg: 10reps

Clean 2x28kg: 5x 5reps (i.e. training at the gym :-)

Bench press 80kg: 4,4,4,4,4

Triceps extension w cable: 3x 10 reps
BU clean 20kg
Snatch 2x16kg: 10


Finished with steak, pancakes and strawberry jam.
