Flat bench dumbell press: various, finished with 2 sets at 25kg which seemed a good working weight for now
Tested some Bulgarian squats at bodyweight, noticed no real difference right and left
As for the cleans, I thought I better accept the situation and sprayed my hands and the kb handles with the soap solution they have at the gym. I could bring my fleece gloves there for light cleans and snatches.
The pocket power snatches were fun. Seeing at the barbell with two tiny 5kg plates, it feels weird to label those snatches "power snatches". Anyhow, it is the name of the exercize.
Look what Extremepower sells (LINK). I want one. It would be crazy to buy. I really hope that I can resist over time :-).
