That is all.
Now I have been running with some regularity for in about four months (starting late March). There is no way around the fact that is a very good cardio-builder and strengthener of leg and core muscles.
Bruce Lee, by the way, said something along the line that running is the "king of exercizes."
I used to run quite much before. During military service (in the 1986!!) I even tested the mile (metric) at 30 minutes something. Anyway, I get a feel of big gratitude that I am running again, like I it is an unforeseen gift and surprise that I can still jog along some decades later :-). Yes, I realize it sounds weird, kind of hard to describe.
Admittedly, it is a bit hard to come up with new titles of blog posts. Keep well!
