Push-ups with blue band: 3x 6 reps
I got really surprised how hard the push-ups got with the band. I had it two-fold like an "8" over the back, maybe single would be enough...
A PR for the 30kgs - 13 reps. The grip was no issue, but you see the fan in the pic below. The hard training is done at home; at the gym is more maintenance and for looks :-).
