LC outdoors

LC 2x24kg: 5,5
LC 2x28kg: 3,20,5,5

Oa jerk 32kg: 10/10
SC jerk 2x32kg: 3

Bench press w kb 2x24kg: 3x 8reps

Outdoor training so no grip issues. I hope for a little run tomorrow. Now, rush out into the sunshine! :-)
