As I have now reconciled with the fact that training at my gym is like training at a steam sauna; a few lifts and I get soaking wet. It's like when I lifted weights in Haitian backyard gyms. I don't get it.
Anyhow, I settled for short sets and tried to rest as little as possible in rack (ie, up the rpm). I am very comfy in rack and should work on increasing my reps per minute. Who knows, the steam gym might be my clue to kettlebell success and greatness (I am still aiming for a veteran world champion title in 2022, or so).
