DL 150kg: 2
DL 160kg: 1, and one fail below knee
DL 130kg: 5
DL 70kg standing on 15cm block: 2x 10reps (this felt great, a wide range of movement)
Squat 20kg: 10reps
Bench press: 10x 50kg, 6x70kg, 3x80kg,3x80kg, 3x80kg
LC 2x20kg: ca 15reps (being pre-fatigued, this was really heavy!)
Another, day at the new gym. The DL fail... I will read the article "Deadlift Diagnosis" by Eric Cressey and contemplate (LINK).
