Jerk 2x20kg,2x24kg,2x28kg,2x30kg: 5reps each weight
Jerk 2x32kg: 3,3,3,3,2,3reps (sum 17reps)
The cold is better and so is the hand, even if they both are still there. Anyway, I wanted to do some jerks with the 32s. I think that cardio comes back quickly, but strength takes a bit longer if it has been allowed to decline too much during illness.
Yesterday, I did some carriying of boxes with books up to my mother's attic, btw. That was great training and I had some soreness in the forearms today.
