I was a little surprised (and even pleased I must admit) to read in the New York Times yesterday that researchers have determined that there are no health benefits from eating a low fat diet. That's right, folks. It's all bullshit.
I'm going to eat what I want and quit worrying about this shit. I'll eat less to lose weight, but I'm not going to waste my time fretting over a hamburger clogging my arteries.
