A few BU-holds with 20kg - but felt weak by now.
The lc-set was clearly limited by cardio, not grip. Might be as it is a little cooler weather today.
Added: The most important aspect of today's long set was to try out a new variant for pacing. This comes from my friend Antti: find a reasonable tempo that you know you can keep for 10minutes. Lift in that tempo, then minute 8,9 and 10 you try to increase the tempo.
I watched the vid from today; I kept 4 rpm, until minute 9 and 10 when I "sprinted" with 5rpm.
Antti's model makes sense. If you spoil your system too early on in the set with high pulse and lactic acid, your total lifting is likely to go down.
What I typically would do is to start with mixed 4 and 5rpms and see where it takes me. Probably ok as well, but I will look more into the Antti protocol for now.
