Jerk 2x28kg: 5,2 (did not have the speed to get the bells into lock-out, so I stopped)
Shallow jump squats 20kg: 30
Shallow jump squats 36kg: 30
Front squat 2x20kg: 5,5
Hm... was tired before work out.
Snatches was a nice surprise and a PR, and I did not even feel very tired.
Recently, I have been doing more sub-maximal snatch sets with the 24kg (30 - 35 reps) & talcum snatch.
Jerk was also a surprise, but not as nice :-). Became quite tired, and 28s were too heavy today.
Did some (other) light leg work instead.
