Gym gym

Bench press 80kg: 6,5,5,4,3

Shoulder presses with barbell and then kb

Romainian deadlifts 70kg: 4x7 (?)
Biceps curl
Triceps extensions w cable
Some BU cleans w 20kg kb

A classic gym session. It made me very tired towards the end as it is different from my usual stuff.

Probably I tempted fate when I praised running a few days ago. The next day my knees felt tired so I decided to give them a rest for some days. Besides supernatural explanations, it can also be that lifting or running almost every day worked fine during vacation. Now as I am back to work, I walk and bicycle a bit during the days.
