Congrats goes to Albert Pujols of the Angels for hitting his first home run of the season. Signing a big contract like that, leaving the city that loved you and having your family still in that city must not only put a lot of pressure on you, but puts a lot on your mind.
His numbers are way down this season. And its a little strange to say his first Home run didn't come until May 6th. But maybe now that he has one under his belt he will turn it on for the rest of May.
I have always liked Albert, still do, I may not have agreed with his decision to leave St. Louis, but he is still one of the best hitters in the game. And I will still root him on.
