LC 2x20kg: 7,14, 34 (-7rpm),41 (8rpm), 24 (8rpm)
LC 2x24kg: 10 (5rpm), 10 (slower)
My usual pyramid with two alterations. 3d set is to be 50-60% of your max rep (70 for me), well that set sucked and I had to do the next set better.
Then the last two sets are supposed to be 20% of your max rep. They are still 20% of max, but I changed the weight (my max with 24s is 50reps). Just an idea, don't know if it's good ... :-). Felt good.
