Push-ups with band: 3x 10reps
The Morozov's breathing patterns are coming along and helps a lot - well, the numbers doesn't show that yet but I feel a lot less breathtaken.
I got the band right for the push-ups during one set and it felt great. The two other sets were not so fantastic. Probably, it is because I am not certified in doing push-ups with bands :-).
