Shape is still mediocre. Feels like the cold took its toll on the cardio. I have some kind of wrist soreness. Doesn't feel like tendonitis, more like I imagine a Baker's cyst, though this one disappears after a few days' rest. It might come from cleans - feels like swings & snatch are ok. A tight right upper trap... complaints :-).
Nothing that worries me. The only sad thing is that I decided not to go to the Rhyti Long cycle competition in Finnish Hyvinkä in November. I was to make a first competition attempt with 28s and meet a lot of nice folks and drink indigenous beer. And probably pizza too. But, as I don't even dare to make a near-max training lc set due to the wrist - then competition would be neither smart, nor satisfying.
Othewise, the one armswings is a demanding and fun lift that I haven't done in a while.
