Snatch 20kg: 7/7, 14/14, 38/38, 28/28,21/21,14/14,14/14 (tot volume 136/136)

This was a nice pyramid. Did it outdoors with S&C bells (lujateräs/Compact).

IKFF and IKSFA has released a new ranking table (LINK). Interesting. No 20kg categories for gentlemen. And also specific rank tables for snatch and jerk respectively. Like in the Russian table of the past, CMS can be achieved with both 24 and 32kgs.
