After Monday's session left knee got sore. Must be the combination, intense Saturday, jogging, quite intense lc. Took 2 days rest and worked some very painful triggerpoints in left tigh. Felt good today (knock on wood).
Snatch 64/64 w 20kg is a PR. Odd! And, I drank red wine yesterday... must be the 2day rest.
But, then quads got very tired soon in jerk. Ditched it. I tried doing some cleans, but fuel was finished.
