Cards Win Cards Win Cards Win

Guess who won??

Arizona Cardinals go to 4-0, thanks to an
overtime win over the Dolphins.

It may be early, but is that a faint smell
of playoffs in the air?

GO CARDS!

Cards Win Cards Win Cards Win

The Arizona Cardinals has caused the upset of the
season so far by beating the Pats, 20-18, the Cards
who are 2-0 are putting the critics in their place.

They were suppose to do nothing this season, but
Kolb and Co have other ideas.

It maybe too, to say this, but I will say it anyway.

I smell playoffs.

NFL having it's best season

While the NBA is off to a shaky start,
the NFL is powering ahead with it's
playoffs, Tim Tebow mania is in full
swing, the Packer fans are going
crazy, and this is the most exciting
season for decades.

Who's going to win? Well you cant really tell,
no one knows, that is the beauty of the NFL,
most other sports, you know who's going to
win, but the thing with the NFL you don't,
you have no idea, heck even the Cardinals
made the NFL a few years back.

So on and onwards, with this season.

The playoffs are here, and the world is watching,
thank you America for providing the planet with
great theater.

Cardiac Cardinals Lose Again

What is wrong with this team, havent they learned
anything fro the mid-late 90's, how can you keep
losing close matches, with different coaching staff,
with different players, there have been so many seasons
when the cards could of gone 10-6, but instead have gone
4-12, well they now sit at a pathetic 1-3, with no playoffs
in site.

How the heck do you blow a ten point lead with possession
and only a few minutes left on the clock?

GRRRR, The Tall Blacks lose to Aussie, The Blackcaps
dont win, The warriors lost the grand final, there might
be an NBA Lock out, what other sports can I follow?

Cardinals Lose Again Somehow

I mean, seriously? You can't beat the
freakin seahawks? Your suppose to
be a play off contender, yet you get
beaten by a team that will never be
a contender.

What the heck is wrong with this franchise,
do they just go with the motions, then there
is way the Cardinals should of lost this game
and now they are 1-2 on the season.

Forget about the playoffs, this team wont
finish 500. Heck if there is an NBA lockout,
what am I going to do with my sports following?

Follow the Blackcaps????!!!

Cardinals go 1-1

Same old story, a close lost, and it didn't have to be,
in any sport the key is discipline, and you cant give
away penalties.

Unfortunately, the Cards have the worst record in the
NFL for doing this, fix this problem and not only
will the Cards win their division, but they could
win the Super Bowl.

Kolb and Fitzgerald are connecting through two
matches, the coaching staff are doing their job
along with the squad, but the issue of dumb
penalties are threatening to turn a great
season into an average 8-8 season.

At 1-1, there is no need for panic and they
could well go 10-6 if they fix this tiny but
crucial problem.

If I was on the coaching staff I would be
drumming in one word, discipline, because
after that everything else will fall into place.

Fingers are crossed and time will tell.

Are you Ready for the Football?

A new season is coming up, and it starts tomorrow,
what will 2011/2012 bring? Hopefully a Superbowl
title to the Cardinals. Could this be the Arizona
Cardinals year?

Preseason was hopeful, all  the cards wanted was a
connection between Kevin and Larry and they got it!
So despite some bookmakers thinking the Cards have
no chance, well think again, the Panthers are in for a
lot of hurt this weekend.

You have to feel sorry for the Colts though, losing Manning
for week one is not the way to start a season, if he ends
up being out for longer, then it's bye bye this season before
week one starts.

The opening match of the season is the Saints Versus the
Packers, and I'm guessing this will be the match of week one.

I love the eve of a big sporting comp, the NFL is amazing
to watch, with some of the fastest, most athletic men on
the planet.

Lets hope in a few months time, it will be the Cardinals having
one heck of a party!

Time will tell.

Kevin Kolb Connects with Fitzy

Even though the Arizona Cardinals lost their
preseason match to the Chargers, every Cards
fan must be celebrating, because after all the talk
of a connection between Kolb and Fitzgerald, they
finally turned the talk into reality.

Three passes for 108 yards between the two, has
the Cardinals chances of being a playoff team, soaring.

What also helps is that Kolb is a running quaterback who
will keep defensives guessing, if he gets caught in the
pocket it doesn't matter he can scramble out of it.

Larry can cacth any ball near his direction, doesn't matter if
its behind his head, in front, to the left or right.

This season is all about the pass for the cards, and hopefully
for the fans it will be about much more.

Here's hoping!

My Poor Cardinals

I think we need a calm quarterback.

Do'h I'm Unemployed

It seems Matt Leinhart, didn't have a lion heart.

Excuse the bad pun, but we have had an earthquake.

Not only was Matt Pretty Boy Leinhart, cut by the cards,
but when the cards tried to trade him, no one wanted him.

He is now unemployed, and its all his own fault, for
having a pretty boy attitude, and not knowing just
because you were big man on campus, doesn't make you
big man in the world of professional sport.

He has several options now, the first one is too
grow up, he has to do this.

The second try his hand at Arena football or the CFL
or maybe the world league in Europe (is that still going?)

If he doesn't want to do that, there is always some Z grade
reality TV show, which I'm guessing is right up his alley
(that's what she said)

Anyway lets this be a big lesson for current college
sports stars, you need to show people respect and
treat them right, because what goes around comes
around.

Bye Bye Leinhart and good luck to the cards.

Leinhart wants an Explanation

Matt wants an explanation on why the Cards havent
named their starting QB for the regular season.

Here is one Matt, Anderson's had a good preseason
and you havent showed much at all.

Good enough for you.

PS: Please prove me wrong.

Anderson should start

Yes after just one performance in the opening
preseason game, coming on in the second half I
would start Anderson ahead of Leinart. Hows that for
a gut reaction.

Cards Lose in a Nailbiter 27-23

How sad, how sad.

My beloved Cardinals lost the superbowl to the mighty Steelers.

It was a game with many turning points, the cards had the chance to take the lead with only a few seconds to go in the first half, but an intercept pass for the Steelers and the longest run in superbowl history for a touchdown put paid to that.

The second half was riddled with penalties, but the cards fought back, an amazing punt, saw the Steelers on thier own line and a safety ensured. Then the cards got a touchdown for the lead, which they hold onto until 35 seconds left in the game, when the Steelers got an amazing catch for a touchdown.

And that was that. So close but so far.

A great season that fall just 35 ticks short.

Roll on next season!!!!!!
