LC with 32s feels like wrestling. Probably, it is not supposed to give experiences like that, but rather something more similar to running, rowing or such :-). I felt Wedensday's pulling in the back, so I switched to short cycle after a few reps.

Pavel Tsatsouline who re-introduced kettlebells to the US and, by extension Europe is obvioulsy leaving RKC (LINK [Edit: the link does not work as this thread on the Dragon Door forum was later deleted and Pavel banned). I have since long lost interest in the merging, splitting, feuding, boasting, re-naming and re-grouping of various kettlebell organizations. Nevertheless, it will be interesting to see if this means e.g. a new line of books from Pavel.
